The BRICS Development Funding refers to the New Development Bank (NDB), created in 2015 by the original BRICS member states — Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa — with the goal of mobilizing resources for infrastructure and sustainable development projects in South Africa, across the African continent, and in other emerging economies.

Finance projects in clean energy, transport, sanitation, social and digital infrastructure, and environmental protection, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement.
